Physiotherapist since 2007, I mainly practice orthopedic and rheumatologic kinesiology, as well as manual lymphatic drainage (45) and perinatal kinesiology. You can also consult me for a scar treatment, for a perinatal rehabilitation, for a well-being massage.

Kinésithérapeute conventionnée avec 11 ans d'expérience spécialisée en thérapie manuelle, activité physique adaptée et thérapie par l'exercice. Prise en charge kiné neuro-musculo-squelettique, ortho-traumatologie, respiratoire (adulte/enfant), oro-maxillo-fasciale (ATM,HMTC,VPPB), revalidation et rééducation (respiratoire, à la marche, cardiaque,...). Passionnée, dynamique et à l'écoute, je met tout en œuvre pour vous offrir des soins de qualité adaptés à vos besoins spécifiques. 

Diplômé d’un Master en Kinésithérapie et Réadaptation à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (U.L.B.), je suis également titulaire d’un master en sciences de la motricité.

Je suis ainsi spécialisé dans les pathologies sportives, mais je m’occupe également des prises en charges dites « générales », des rééducations pré- et post-opératoires et orthopédiques.

Depuis plus de 20 ans , je m'occupe de la préparation physique d'athlètes de tous niveaux du professionnel à l'amateur .

Nayis David is a registered physiotherapist practicing at Basic-fit at Place Jourdan. Passionate about his profession and attentive to his patients, his areas of activity are mainly general physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal disorders such as sprains, tendinopathy, neck pain, lower back pain, etc.; Respiratory disorders; Cardiac rehabilitation; Post -operatives; Fractures,...), sports physiotherapy (Sports injury, hooking, sports manual therapy, rehabilitation, athlete monitoring,...) and plans to soon train in maxillofacial physiotherapy (TMJ disorders) and physiotherapy vestibular. His approach consists of having better pain management by putting the patient at the center of his rehabilitation via several manual techniques and different exercises specific to the patient while basing on his experience in outpatient services (Cardiac revalidation at the Clinique de Europe and in Orthopedic Revalidation at the Bois de la Pierre Clinic). Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.
