Dès le premier rendez-vous, j'ai été très favorablement impressionnée par son professionnalisme et son approche humaine. Expertise et Diagnostic : Madame Legrand a pris le temps nécessaire pour analyser ma situation. Son diagnostic a été à la fois précis et rapidement établi. Elle a su m'expliquer clairement, et avec une grande pédagogie, la nature exacte de ma pathologie. Qualités Humaines : Elle fait preuve d'une écoute active et d'une grande empathie. J'ai apprécié sa capacité à rendre les informations complexes accessibles, ce qui est très rassurant. On se sent véritablement pris en charge, sans précipitation. Prise en Charge et Suivi : Le plan de traitement qu'elle a proposé (qu'il soit chirurgical ou conservateur) était parfaitement adapté et justifié. Le suivi a été rigoureux et elle s'est assurée de la bonne évolution de ma guérison. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation Madame Legrand. Elle est une professionnelle de santé en qui l'on peut avoir une totale confiance.
