Bonjour, Les ordonnances sont systématiquement réalisées électroniquement et disponibles avec votre carte d'identité auprès du pharmacien. Il y a donc une première incohérence dans vos propos. Deuxièmement, concernant le fait de ne pas avoir pu me contacter, je suis joignable par email, téléphone, ainsi que via le support de la plateforme doctoranytime en cas de problème. En ce qui concerne les certificats, je les envoie systématiquement. Pour information, comme précisé sur mon annonce, certaines catégories de médicaments ne sont pas renouvelées en distanciel. Par ailleurs, certaines requêtes inadéquates ne sont également pas prises en charge en téléconsultation. Une belle journée.
