Ik ben Evelyn, geconventioneerd deglutoloog-logopedist, en ik begeleid zowel kinderen als volwassenen met klachten rond slikken, stem, spreken en mondgewoonten. Denk aan slikproblemen, verminderde tongfunctie, spraakmoeilijkheden of gewoonten zoals mondademen of duimzuigen – allemaal zaken die het dagelijks functioneren of zelfvertrouwen kunnen beïnvloeden.


Daarnaast behandel ik ook minder bekende, maar ingrijpende klachten zoals:

  • Rumineren (voedsel wordt onbewust teruggebracht in de mond na het eten)
  • Aerofagie (overmatig lucht inslikken)
  • Supragastrisch boeren (frequent boeren waarbij de lucht niet in de maag komt)
  • ARFID (een eetstoornis waarbij bepaalde voeding vermeden wordt door slikangst, textuur of smaak, zonder bezorgdheid over gewicht of uiterlijk)


Ik ondersteun ook mensen met communicatie- of slikproblemen ten gevolge van neurologische aandoeningen zoals een beroerte, Parkinson of MS. Samen werken we aan haalbare doelen – afgestemd op jouw situatie.


Consultaties zijn mogelijk in mijn praktijken in regio Boechout en regio Lier en regio Nijlen.
