Jeune kinésithérapeute et pratiquant d’art-martiaux depuis des années, j’ai découvert que la connaissance de soi et de sa pratique mènent à une pratique intelligente, saine et efficace. La soif d’apprendre qui me pousse depuis mon enfance dans une palette variée de domaines m’a dirigé vers la kinésithérapie et, couplé à l’amour du sport, aux art-martiaux. Les points communs principaux entre ces deux pratiques sont pour moi l’apprentissage constant, l’adaptation à l’autre, l’ouverture d’esprit, la remise en question, l’évolution et la recherche de fusion des différents principes. Ma pratique, en constante évolution, s’axe sur la place du patient en tant qu’acteur principal dans son traitement que l’on peut donc considérer comme un travail d’équipe où les décisions se prennent ensemble et où sa compréhension de la pathologie et du traitement est, à mon sens, la meilleure manière d’aborder la guérison sereinement.

    Hello, some years ago i bumped inwards part of Knees together and it was ok after some weeks but now whenever i pull up my lower back i feel a sensation no pain necessarily but i don't understand what it is? Should i see physiotherapist?

      For a low back pain, I recommend you to go to your general practitioner. He will be the best to determine whether your pain is a common one a need physiotherapy (95% of the cases) or whether you need further examination (5%).
      FOr Elher Danlos syndrome, I recommend you to see a doctor specialized in internal medicine.
