Ik behaalde mijn master in revalidatiewetenschappen en kinesitherapie aan de Universiteit Hasselt, met een specialisatie in sportkinesitherapie.


Ik ben iemand die veel belang hecht aan een gezonde levensstijl. Sport maakt een groot deel uit van mijn leven: ik speel basketbal, train regelmatig in de fitness en neem deel aan triatlons en hyrox. Ook een evenwichtige voeding hoort daar voor mij onlosmakelijk bij. Vanuit deze passie koos ik voor kinesitherapie aan UHasselt, waar ik mijn master in sportrevalidatie behaalde.


Mijn doel is tweeledig: enerzijds begeleid ik sporters om na een blessure terug te keren naar hun oorspronkelijke niveau — of zelfs hoger —, maar ook om niet-sporters te begeleiden naar een gezondere levensstijl en hen te ondersteunen in hun revalidatieproces. Om telkens de best mogelijke zorg te leveren, investeer ik continu in bijscholing. Op dit moment ben ik me verder aan het specialiseren in manuele therapie en voeding.


Ik geloof sterk in een persoonlijke en holistische aanpak, waarbij we verder kijken dan enkel de blessure. Op die manier streven we samen naar een volledig herstel en een duurzame gezondheid.
