Je suis kinésithérapeute avec un intérêt particulier pour les douleurs de l’épaule. Ma pratique repose sur une approche centrée sur la personne : chaque douleur est unique et mérite une analyse adaptée.

Je prends le temps de comprendre votre situation, votre contexte et ce qui influence réellement vos symptômes. Mon objectif n’est pas seulement de soulager, mais de vous aider à retrouver confiance dans vos mouvements.

Pas de protocole standardisé, mais un accompagnement progressif, personnalisé et réfléchi, basé sur le mouvement et l’adaptation.

Listening to your requests, objectives, and attentive to detail, I use my knowledge to develop a treatment plan that suits you as much as possible. My practice includes exercise therapy as well as mobilization/manipulation work in order to be as complete as possible in my follow-up. I take care of all general orthopedic consultations as well as all neurological and respiratory pathologies. I also support athletes, from amateur to professional, with the aim of injury prevention, revalidation and performance improvement.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... I also do physical therapy after childbirth to strengthen the abdominal muscles and the perineum. I can come to your home (contact me on my phone). I have been active in the field of physiotherapy since 2009, specializing in pediatric care and upper limb rehabilitation. I work with both children and adults, treating a wide range of conditions, from developmental disorders to neurological and orthopedic impairments. Multidisciplinary teamwork and continuous education enable me to tailor treatments to the specific needs of each patient.

Hello, I take care of you for general and sports physiotherapy, the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders in orthopedics, traumatology and rheumatology as well as the treatment of acute and chronic lumbago, back pain and neck pain. I am also trained in the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJ) as well as in female sphincter rehabilitation. Please come with a mask and a medical prescription. Delphine De Bournonville, physiotherapist, welcomes you in her office in Genval, at MyFormPhysio in Overijse and at the wellness center in Braîne l'Alleud. She is specialized in orthopedics, traumatology, lymphatic drainage, perinality and respiratory physiotherapy. Her consultations can be conducted in French, English and Dutch.

Graduating with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy in 2019 from Parnasse-Isei, I subsequently specialized in sports and Orthpedic Manual Therapy. Kinésithérapeute diplômée d’un Master en kinésithérapie de la Haute École de Bruxelles Brabant. J’ai acquis une expérience variée dans des domaines tels que la médecine interne, la gériatrie, l’orthopédie, la neurologie, l’oncologie, la maternité et la gynécologie.

Je vous propose un traitement personnalisé et adapté à vos besoins, afin de vous aider à améliorer votre quotidien. Mon approche est centrée sur l’écoute et la bienveillance, pour vous accompagner au mieux tout au long de votre prise en charge.

Titulaire d'un master en kinésithérapie à l'HE2B, à Bruxelles, en 2024, j'ai officiellement commencé à travailler en février 2025.

Je suis une formation supplémentaire en Thérapie Manuelle, à l'ETMA, me permettant d'acquérir une connaissance plus poussée de mon métier.

Je détiens aussi un certificat en Drainage Lymphatique Manuel, suivant la méthode Leduc, vous offrant donc mes services.

Lors de mes études et après, j'ai eu différentes occasions de travailler à l'étranger ce qui m'a permis de développer mes performances de kinésithérapeute.

Au cours de mon parcours, j'ai eu l'occasion de me former en traumatologie & orthopédie, en pédiatrie, gériatrie, neurologie et en cabinet libéral.
