J'ai malheureusement trouvé que la praticienne manquait de tact, je me suis sentie jugée tout au long de la séance et d'autant plus lorsque j'ai précisé que je ne prenais aucune contraception où elle avait l'air outrée et m'a certifié que le préservatif n'empêche pas de tomber enceinte (ah bon ? 😬 mis à part lors d'une rupture de celui-ci, je ne vois pas le soucis ???). Outrée de nouveau par le fait que je me rase. Même si ça peut entraîner des soucis, il y a peut-être des façons de dire les choses de manière plus bienveillante... Ayant déjà des soucis d'aisance par rapport aux gynécologues, je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié la séance pour ma part. Je ne réitèrerai pas. Pour le reste, ponctualité très bien, propreté super, les infos données OK malgré la forme selon laquelle cela a été fait. Et je n'ai pas vraiment eu d'avertissement par rapport aux effets secondaires du traitement mais elle m'a expliqué la quantité et la fréquence du traitement.

    Dear doctor, I just found out I am pregnant (week 5) and would like to see which supplement of folic acid / folate / methylfolate is best? Can I take both acid folic and methylfolate? Can one take too much of acid folic or methylfolate? I started taking Omnibionta pronatal 1 and also a vit B complex from Pure encapsulations, Zinc 15, Selenium 55. I regularly take Q10, Vit D3 and Omega 3. I am mostly worried about folic acid / methylfolate / folate as I know it is crucial now and also there is a debate which one is best. Many thanks
