Ik ben Ruud Goffin, ik heb eerst 13 jaar ervaring opgedaan als spoedgevallen verpleegkundige waarna ik mij verder ontwikkeld heb tot verpleegkundig wondzorgspecialist. Het oosterse gedachtengoed heeft mij altijd geïntrigeerd. In de beginjaren van mijn professionele loopbaan uitte zich dat voornamelijk in een doorgedreven interesse voor Feng Shui, de energetische balans binnenshuis. Vòòr de COVID19-pandemie kwam deze interesse, die een beetje op de achtergrond was geraakt, terug naar boven. Ditmaal vooral in functie van de menselijke gezondheid, zowel fysiek als mentaal. De mens als energetische microkosmos onderhevig aan de kosmos. Hoe onze levensstijl, onze omgeving, onze voeding,... onze gezondheid beïnvloedt.
