  • Il est relativement fréquent qu’un patient remarque l’apparition d’une petite “boule” au niveau des bourses ou du cordon spermatique après une vasectomie. Dans la grande majorité des cas, il s’agit d’un phénomène bénin, sans gravité. Plusieurs explications possibles peuvent être envisagées :
    1. Inflammation au niveau du site de suture : après la section du canal déférent, une réaction inflammatoire locale transitoire peut survenir. Cela peut engendrer une petite tuméfaction, sensible au toucher.
