I offer support (for adults) on Mondays (8 a.m. - 2 p.m.) and Thursdays (3 p.m. - 10 p.m.) on the following themes: relational difficulties (repetitive relational patterns, difficulties in setting limits, tendency to get lost in the relationship or , on the contrary, to isolate oneself), mourning, lack of meaning, feeling of existential emptiness, depressive symptoms, anxiety, feeling of loneliness, compulsive and addictive behaviors, identity questions and (inter)cultural difficulties, image self, perfectionism. I specialize in the person-centered approach (also called “Rogerian psychotherapy”). This approach emphasizes the therapeutic relationship which acts as a lever to allow the person to evolve towards a path that suits them. I am deeply convinced that when someone feels completely listened to, understood and accepted in their experience, the keys to resolving difficulties present themselves naturally. In a warm and caring setting, I offer a space for active listening in order to highlight what is blocking your personal development (feeling of guilt, shame, anxiety, etc.) and to explore new avenues together. I consult in French, Dutch and English.
