My practice is based on collaboration with the patient in order to respond precisely to the request expressed and to set the objectives to be reached. I work through caring, confidentiality and deep respect by adopting an integrative approach and active listening. Depending on the request, therapies can be brief or prolonged.

The areas of intervention of our psychologist are post-traumatic stress, violence (family, marital, at work), harassment, burn-out, anxiety, phobias, eating disorder behaviors, depression, academic and professional difficulties. The psychologist supports victims but also perpetrators of offenses or those who are subject to justice. It takes care of adults, adolescents and children aged 10 and over. Availability: Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Price: 20€ for patients registered with Medisina and 50€ for those not registered. The mutual reimburses up to €20 per session.

Psychologue clinicienne formée à l'UCL, je reçois dans ma pratique privée des enfants, adolescents, ainsi que des adultes, pour des thématiques variées ; anxiété, déprime, trauma, difficultés d'ordre somatique, relationnel, comportemental, identitaire, ... Les patient.es arrivent tantôt avec une problématique/question précise, tantôt avec un mal-être plus diffus, difficilement définissable. Je travaille également aux Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc, en ambulatoire (douleurs chroniques) et auprès des patient.es hospitalisé.es (suite à un accident ou une maladie ayant des conséquences neurologiques et/ou motrices). En cours de formation à la psychothérapie d'orientation analytique (psychanalyse), le travail thérapeutique est pour moi avant tout une rencontre. Une rencontre unique, empreinte d'humanité entre le/la thérapeute et le/la patient.e, qui facilitera pour ce.tte dernier.e une rencontre authentique avec soi, à son rythme.

I consult in 2 centers: Mimosa (Ixelles) and Recta Versa (Woluwe). I am Charline Demain, clinical psychologist, graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain. I am specialized in the treatment of adults and adolescents. I work mainly with themes such as: emotional management, anxiety, depression, burn-out, major changes, decision making, life transitions,... Being a psychologist is above all a vocation for me. The human being having always been at the center of my concerns, it was quite natural for me to turn to this profession. Being dynamic and positive by nature, I like to position my patients as actors in their lives, by offering them concrete tools, and by helping them to shine, by working, together, on their values, their qualities and their capacities. I consider that each person has resources within him or herself. The goal of therapy is, according to my vision, to bring out these resources by learning to know oneself better, and then to be able to rely on these resources in order to better face the difficulties of life.

Suite à des études de psychologie à l’Université libre de Bruxelles j’ai d’abord exercé en entreprise. L’humain ayant toujours été un point central à ma pratique, j’ai décidé d’en faire ma priorité. Je vous propose donc un suivi thérapeutique répondant aux problématiques liées non seulement au monde du travail mais également à celui de l'école. Je prends donc en charge les adultes ainsi que les adolescents et étudiants. Mon approche peut être divisée en différents axes. D’abord, toutes les questions liées au bien-être au travail ainsi qu'à l'école avec des problématiques telles que la gestion du stress, l’épuisement professionnel ou burn-out, le harcèlement, les relations interpersonnelles conflictuelles ou encore le décrochage scolaire. Ensuite, la question de l’orientation/réorientation professionnelle. Cela concerne autant les jeunes adultes en quête de la voie qui leur correspond que les employés qui aimeraient retrouver du sens au travail. Enfin, j'aborde également les problématiques liées à l'estime de soi, l'anxiété ou encore la gestion des émotions que ça soit en milieu professionnel ou non. Je propose un accompagnement adapté avec des solutions durables dans le temps.

Zélie Huvelle, psychologist, graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology in 2019 and from the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) with a University Certificate in Applied Clinical Sexology in 2021. She specializes in individual consultations and questioning around the topics of sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQIA+).
