Passionate about the practice of physiotherapy, I welcome the patient with a global approach, my goal is to treat the pain and to give the patient the keys to learn to self-manage it, thus improving his daily life. I have perfected my knowledge by training in GPR, global postural re-education (muscle chain). This practice allows me to rebalance muscular tensions, to favour a better positioning, which decreases pain in the long term. GPR allows a global vision of the patient. Cette expérience m’a permis de développer des compétences spécifiques en kiné sportif et d’approfondir mes connaissances en diverses pathologies de tout âge, notamment grâce à mon diplôme de kiné sport expert.

Ancien nageur de haut niveau, je comprends parfaitement les défis physiques et mentaux auxquels les athlètes sont confrontés. Cela m’a appris l’importance de l’adaptation et de la résilience, des valeurs que j’intègre dans ma pratique quotidienne. Convaincu que chaque patient est unique, j’adapte mes méthodes selon les besoins individuels, en étant aussi bien à l’écoute que dynamique, selon les situations.
