Je suis Ambre, kinésithérapeute diplômée en 2021 d’un Master en kinésithérapie générale, et je me suis récemment spécialisée en kinésithérapie uro-gynécologique. 

Grâce à cette formation complémentaire de 2 ans, je suis particulièrement formée pour prendre en charge les pathologies urinaires et fécales (incontinences, constipation,…), les troubles sexuels et douloureux (dyspareunie, vaginisme,…), ainsi que la kinésithérapie périnatale (prénatale et postnatale). 

Mon approche personnalisée vise à soulager vos douleurs et améliorer votre bien-être, que ce soit pendant la grossesse, après l’accouchement, ou pour traiter des troubles urogénitaux et sexuels.

Je peux donc vous guider dans les soins de vos pathologies urinaires, fécales et gynécologiques pour les femmes, les hommes et les enfants. Pour rappel, ces pathologies sont fréquentes et n’ont pas à être tabou ! Ma porte sera toujours ouverte pour en parler avec vous. Holder of a master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the Free University of Brussels in 2016, I was able to work in different establishments (rest home, polyclinic and medical homes) and with different age groups including adolescents, adults and seniors. I am dedicated, attentive to my patients and very involved in understanding the bio-psycho-social aspect of any pathology in order to ensure optimal treatment. Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Thanks to my experience as a dancer combined with my clinical practice, I will make every effort to offer treatments adapted to each patient according to their needs and desires, based on the best scientific evidence available.
