Masso-kinésithérapeute diplômé de la Haute École de la Province de Liège (HEPL) depuis 2025, j’exerce avec une approche basée sur l’écoute, la compréhension et l’individualisation des soins.

Je prends en charge les troubles musculo-squelettiques, les pathologies traumatologiques, ainsi que les lombalgies et cervicalgies aiguës ou chroniques, sans oublier l’accompagnement au maintien de l’autonomie.

Je privilégie une prise en charge active et dynamique, centrée sur le mouvement et l’autonomie du patient, tout en intégrant des techniques passives lorsque celles-ci s’avèrent nécessaires. L’objectif est de proposer un traitement adapté à chaque situation, dans une relation de confiance, de bienveillance et d’empathie.

I am, Samantha Ignacio, physiotherapist graduated with a master's degree in general physiotherapy from the Haute Ecole Leonard de Vinci (Parnasse-ISEI) in 2020. You can consult me ​​for post-operative revalidation (knee, hip and shoulder), for musculoskeletal/orthopedic problems. I am also able to provide you with care to free you from lower back (back) and cervical (neck) or jaw muscle (TMJ) pain. Diplômée d’un Master en kinésithérapie en 2021, j’ai depuis eu l’opportunité d’exercer dans différents environnements, en France métropolitaine et dans les DOM-TOM. Ces expériences variées m’ont permis de développer une approche humaine, attentive et globale du soin.

Après une première année de pratique en Martinique, puis quelques remplacements en Polynésie, j’ai poursuivi mon parcours dans des cabinets aux profils très différents, dont un cabinet de kinésithérapie du sport à Lille et, plus récemment, un cabinet pluridisciplinaire à Aix-en-Provence. Cette diversité m’a permis d’affiner mes affinités professionnelles, que je continue de nourrir au quotidien.

Bien que je n’aie pas encore de spécialisation officielle, je suis passionnée par :

• La traumatologie (entorses, fractures, suites post-opératoires…)
• La rééducation de la main
• Le traitement des cicatrices, notamment après chirurgie ou cancer du sein
• La gériatrie
• Le drainage lymphatique
• La rééducation du sportif (amateur ou confirmé)

Je ne pratique pas la kiné respiratoire ni la prise en charge des pathologies neurologiques lourdes.

D’un naturel souriant, patient et à l’écoute, je m’engage à vous accompagner de manière personnalisée, avec bienveillance et professionnalisme, dans votre parcours de soin.

En parallèle, je suis passionnée de sport (danse, course à pied, Pilates, tennis), et j’envisage à terme de me former à l’enseignement du Pilates, discipline que j’intègre déjà dans ma pratique lorsqu’elle est adaptée à vos objectifs.

Diplômé d'un Master en Kinésithérapeute au sein de la Faculté des Sciences de la Motricité à l'ULB, je me spécialise dans la prise en charge des pathologies musculo-squelettiques, avec une expertise particulière en orthopédie, traumatologie et kinésithérapie sportive.

Depuis deux ans, j’assure le suivi de joueurs et joueuses au club de rugby à XV du Boitsfort Rugby Club. Cette expérience m’a permis de développer une approche centrée sur la prévention des blessures et sur la performance athlétique. 

Mes traitements reposent sur le mouvement et la compréhension des symptômes afin de vous rendre acteur de votre rééducation. Ensemble, nous travaillerons pour vous permettre d’acquérir les outils nécessaires à votre autonomie et à un rétablissement durable. Physiotherapist graduated from the Haute École Libre de Bruxelles, I welcome you on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at the Centre Paramédical Upsylon. My specialties are: low back pain, neck pain, balance rehabilitation and rehabilitation after prosthesis. I can provide you with manual rehabilitation (neurological or respiratory), help you to get rid of your joint pain, your low back pain or any other pain (hand, back, neck or wrist). You can also consult me for a sports injury, for a post-operative rehabilitation or for a bone problem. My consultations are conducted by appointment in French, English or Polish depending on the language spoken by my patient. Passionate about perinatality and gynecology, I mainly consult for future and young mothers as well as for pathologies of the pelvic sphere, in particular endometriosis, a subject in which I am very involved with awareness and research projects. I also practice physical therapy for musculoskeletal disorders (sprains, fractures, post-operation, low back pain, neck pain, tendinopathy...) and I am specialized in the treatment of runners. In parallel to the Mimosa Center, I work at the Molière-Longchamp hospital in the orthopedic outpatient department as well as in the Therapeos practice dedicated to women (childbirth preparation, pregnancy-related pain, post-natal rehabilitation, pain and perineal disorders, sports support). In order to provide you with the most adapted and optimal support possible, I am constantly looking for new scientific and practical training and information. Graduated in physiotherapy from the Haute École Leonard De Vinci in 2017, I have acquired extensive experience in the management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems. In addition to my initial training, I followed sports physiotherapy courses in Paris, obtained a university certificate in orthopedic manual therapy at the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL), and followed training in physical assessment and preparation for University of Poitiers.
