Dois-je m'inquiéter d'un mal de gorge persistant après une angine bactérienne?

Bonjour. Quand j'étais petite j'avais souvent mal de gorge du coup on m'a enlevé les amygdales. Depuis j'ai encore régulièrement mal de gorge quand je tombe malade. Ici j'avais mal de gorge début juillet, mais qui s'est vite estompé. Début août à nouveau mais très fort et on m'a diagnostiqué une angine bactérienne. J'ai pris mes antibiotiques comme il faut. Depuis hier, 2 semaines après, j'ai de nouveau mal de gorge à un endroit précis. J'ai mal en avalant, parlant, tournant la tête, toussant etc. Quand je regarde dans la bouche j'ai l'impression de voir un aphte. Est-ce que je dois m'inquiéter? Merci beaucoup!
