Abcès à l'aine récurrent, fièvre, toux et fatigue : consulter ?

Bonjour, j’ai un abcès à l’aine qui vient et repart depuis des années cette fois il a percé mais il reste une boule assez douloureuse avec sensation de chaud. Malade depuis 3 jours, fièvre surtout la nuit, j’ai très froid puis d’un coup j’ai des bouffées de chaleur je transpire, j’ai une toux avec des expectorations jaune vert.. Très fatiguée courbaturée pensez vous que je devrais consulter ? Ayant 2 enfants compliqué de penser à soi ..
