Devoir enlever prémolaire après dévitalisation est-ce une erreur ?

Dévitalisation il y a 4 mois, Maintenant prémolaire enlevée, car des douleurs depuis , aurai je du attendre et la faire tailler pour couronne ? Il n'y avait rien sur radios 3 D .. Merci. Mon premier dentiste était pour la couronne, le second vu en urgence a préféré l'enlever. Pouvait il y avoir une infection ?...

  • Bonjour, il faudrait voir une radiographie pour se prononcer mais il était peut être possible de retraiter la dent une 2e fois si les douleurs étaient toujours présentes. Si la dent est fracturée, il faut effectivement l’extraire
