Comment alléger mes jambes lourdes en montée malgré repos et compression ?

J'ai les jambes lourdes quand je cours beaucoup plus en montée cela me ralentit à environ 5 km/h. J'ai pris 3 semaines de repos, j'ai des chaussettes de compression, je marche 10 minutes avant de commencer à courir, j'ai de bonnes chaussures de course, je bois bien au moins deux litres. Que puis-je faire pour à nouveau avoir les jambes légères
