En parallèle de ma pratique indépendante, j’exerce depuis plusieurs années comme psychologue au sein d’une maison de repos, ce qui nourrit ma sensibilité aux enjeux du vieillissement, aux relations familiales et à la singularité de chaque parcours de vie. 

Soucieuse d’élargir encore ma vision clinique, j’entamerai un troisième cycle en psychothérapie systémique dès septembre 2026. 

Mon objectif est d'offrir un accompagnement complet, humain et accessible, où chacune et chacun peut trouver écoute, soutien et outils pour avancer à son rythme et suivant ses besoins.​

Psychologue clinicienne formée en psychologie infanto-juvénile à orientation systémique, j’accompagne les enfants et les adolescents ainsi que leurs familles depuis plusieurs années.

Mon approche est bienveillante, collaborative et adaptée à chaque jeune. J’accorde une attention particulière à la création d’un espace sécurisant où chacun peut s’exprimer à son rythme. Lorsque la parole est difficile, j’utilise différents outils médiateurs comme le jeu, le dessin ou d’autres supports créatifs pour faciliter les échanges et donner une place à ce que l’enfant vit intérieurement. 

Je reçois des jeunes confrontés à des difficultés émotionnelles, relationnelles ou comportementales, à des tensions familiales, ou encore à des changements importants dans leur vie. Ensemble, nous explorons les pistes qui peuvent favoriser leur épanouissement et rétablir un équilibre au sein de leur environnement.

Therapy is only available in French I have been an analytically oriented psychotherapist for several years in Brussels, more precisely in Laeken. I did a 3 year training in a recognized and official organization in Belgium. I am still training today. I have done a long personal analytical work of several years. With my patients, I work in depth on the link between the crisis of the moment (what brings the patient to consult, what we call the symptom) and his history in order to be able to interrupt this cycle of repetition. At the beginning of the therapeutic follow-up, there are first preliminary interviews in order to analyze your request, to get to know you and to consider if a collaboration is possible between you and me. These interviews vary between 2 and 3 sessions, they are a first contact. They are important in the sense that they allow you to know if you feel heard. It will also be an opportunity for you and me to reflect on the therapeutic work that we will do together. I am particularly keen that the patient is an actor and active in his or her work, which I believe is a source of real progress. I listen to your symptoms while trying to understand their meaning in the moment. It goes without saying that the confidentiality of the interviews is of the utmost importance. I welcome all types of patients in psychological suffering.

Trained in CBT, I specialize in anxiety, mood, OCD, panic, bipolar, and psychotic disorders. Employing a warm, collaborative approach, I aim to equip you with the necessary tools for long-term mental well-being.

I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. The change that the patient wants to achieve and the setting of objectives according to his initial request, as well as the realization of new experiences in a secure place, will be at the center of the care that I propose to offer him.
