Diplômé d'un master en kinésithérapie et réadaptation en 2021 à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, j'y ai effectué des stages dans divers domaines tels que l'orthopédie, la revalidation cardiaque, la pédiatrie ou encore la gériatrie... J'ai donc acquis une solide expérience en travaillant avec divers patients, de l'enfant au senior en passant par l'athlète. L'approche holistique et la bonne relation patient-thérapeute sont essentielles pour moi car je place le patient au cœur du traitement. Je suis passionné par le corps humain, le bien-être physique et le sport (principalement le football et la course à pied). Holder of a D.O in osteopathy obtained with Great Distinction, Jean-Philippe ORMOND completed his 6 years of studies at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). He practices a medical osteopathy which mainly addresses dysfunctions of the locomotor system and the peripheral nervous system but also digestive or jaw problems. Graduated from a Master in Osteopathy (M.Ost) at the European School of Osteopathy in 2019 in England, I worked for 4 years in various practices before moving back to Belgium. I provide personalised treatments to help with multiple complains (musculoskeletal, articular, visceral, headache,...) and guide patients towards finding a better quality of life. I work in collaboration with my patients and will adapt to their individual needs and preferences. I always take into consideration the body as a whole including the emotional aspect. My appointments are open for people of all ages - children, pregnant woman, elderly, etc. Always curious to improve my practice, I regularly attend training in different specialities to keep up to date with science and to continue to increase my expertise. I worked for 3 years in Portugal as a physiotherapist and I used that time to invest as much as I could in courses so that I could provide quality treatments to my patients. 

My main goal is to continue investing in gaining more and more knowledge so that I can apply it in my clinical practice. I'm a big fan of quality treatments and good follow-up with patients. That makes all the difference to the patient's progress.

I'm very involved in the musculoskeletal area and for this reason I treat pathologies such as back, shoulder, elbow, knee pain, I work a lot on post-operative rehabilitation and also with tendonitis, bursitis and calcifications.

I love doing treatments that involve acupuncture because I really like the quick and long-lasting results, and acupuncture allows me to do that. That's why I really enjoy combining my knowledge of physiotherapy with my knowledge of acupuncture (traditional Chinese medicine).
