I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree from KU Leuven, where I specialize in Rehabilitation Science with a focus on Manual Therapy for Spinal Disorders and Chronic Pain Rehabilitation. I am currently a candidate for the European Diploma in Pain Physiotherapy.

Additionally, I am a research assistant at Pain in Motion and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where I contribute to chronic pain research. I focus on the biopsychosocial factors and personalize my therapeutic plan depending on the needs of the patient.

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. David Léonard is a physiotherapist, specialized in sports physiotherapy. He receives you at his private practice (Sombreffe) and travels to your home. He attaches great importance to training (sports physiotherapy, Trigger Points, and currently in muscle chains and orthopedic manual therapy) and has accumulated experience in the follow-up of sportsmen and women, whether in the office or in clubs (soccer, rugby).
