Je m'appelle Jordi, espagnol d'origine, mais depuis quelques années installé sur Bruxelles!

Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on est fait pour bouger).

L'importance d'une bonne anamnèse, d'une bonne réflexion autour de la personne, des problèmes qui se présentent, et bien comprendre le tout pour une meilleure prise en charge fait partie des priorités dans la prise en charge, pas seulement soulager, sinon essayer de trouver le problème de base (d'origine) et d'essayer de l'enlever et/ou le corriger.

Ayant une affinité pour le sport, c'est tout bonnement dans cette direction que je souhaite me spécialiser ainsi que dans l'ATM (articulation temporo-mandibulaire). Mon approche est centrée sur vos objectifs et sur une prise en charge globale.

Alexandre is a sports physiotherapist who has evolved with the values of team sports. For him, bringing a group to success will always be his primary objective! His care is directed towards adult patients with more orthopedic pathologies (fractures, sprains, muscle tears, tendinopathies, neck pain, pre- and postoperative care, special expertise for the shoulder, ...) and/or neurological. Graduated from a Master in Osteopathy (M.Ost) at the European School of Osteopathy in 2019 in England, I worked for 4 years in various practices before moving back to Belgium. I provide personalised treatments to help with multiple complains (musculoskeletal, articular, visceral, headache,...) and guide patients towards finding a better quality of life. I work in collaboration with my patients and will adapt to their individual needs and preferences. I always take into consideration the body as a whole including the emotional aspect. My appointments are open for people of all ages - children, pregnant woman, elderly, etc. Always curious to improve my practice, I regularly attend training in different specialities to keep up to date with science and to continue to increase my expertise. Having done my studies in English as well as working in England for a few years, I am more than happy to see any non-French speaking patient and will be able to communicate easily

Diplômé de l'Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), je suis kinésithérapeute du sport (Conventionné) avec une expertise particulière dans la prise en charge des pathologies liées à la pratique sportive et des troubles musculo-squelettiques. Un second Master de spécialisation m’a permis de consolider et d’enrichir mes connaissances dans ce domaine spécifique. Je suis également titulaire du FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine, formation certifiée par la FIFA qui renforce mes compétences dans la prévention, le traitement et le suivi des blessures liées au football et à d'autres disciplines sportives.

My name is Francisco Toscano Jimenez , I am a Spanish national, raised in Germany and educated in the United Kingdom. Different countries and cultures have been a part of my life since early childhood, upbringing and throughout my studies and professional life. My professional development began in the mid 1990 when I started with the interest in the sciences of health and sport. What began as an hobby become a vocation of life. My initial training in Manuel Therapy and Sport physiotherapy were the first steps in my professional path. After a few years of practice in Germany I saw my interest growing towards a broader and deeper understanding of the human body. Understanding health as more than the absence of symptoms lead me to conclude that Osteopathy was providing with the answers to many of my questions. I come to realize and understand Osteopathy as a true biological science. My journey of Osteopathy started in England where I completed a honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine, BSc Hons. Ost. Med. in 2006. After years in private practice in England and Spain I have recently chosen to move to the country of origin of my wife. From 2008-218 I have provided postgraduate programs, lectures, conferences in Classical Osteopathy and a publication on Fascia. Osteopathy has provided me with wonderful teachings and learning possibilities in countries like Sweden, Italy, Portugal, Spain and beyond the Atlantic. Osteopathy has no borders or boundaries! Understanding and treating the human body as a whole rather than as a sum of parts has been my personal dedication and interest in clinical practice and experience over the last 25 years. Integration of the structural and functional balance of the body is the basis of the process in natural therapeutics. This fundamental principal of natural therapeutics provides Osteopathy the capacity to support the human body in the process from unhealth to health.

I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (Maidstone, UK) with a Master in Osteopathy, after obtaining a bachelor's degree in osteopathy at the ULB (Brussels). During all these years, I have acquired a passion for the human body and his functions. My bicultural background has given me the opportunity to become familiar with a wide range of techniques: structural, myotensive, fascial, muscular, visceral, cranio-sacral...
