Je suis diplômée en kinésithérapie depuis 2023 à la Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci. Actuellement, je travaille aux Cliniques Universitaires de Saint-Luc, dans le service de chirurgie cardiothoracique mais également en cabinet sur Waterloo.

Passionnée par le bien-être et la santé de mes patients, mon approche est centrée sur l’écoute et l’empathie. Je prends le temps de comprendre les besoins spécifiques de chaque patient afin de proposer des soins personnalisés, adaptés à chaque situation. I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (Maidstone, UK) with a Master in Osteopathy, after obtaining a bachelor's degree in osteopathy at the ULB (Brussels). During all these years, I have acquired a passion for the human body and his functions. My bicultural background has given me the opportunity to become familiar with a wide range of techniques: structural, myotensive, fascial, muscular, visceral, cranio-sacral... Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

I provide care for a wide range of conditions, including migraines, stress-related tension, neck and lower back pain, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction.

With additional training in pediatrics and perinatal care, I also support infants, children, pregnant women, and postpartum patients with gentle, adapted osteopathic treatment.
