Titulaire d’un Master en Kinésithérapie de la Haute École de Bruxelles HE2B ISEK, j’ai eu l’opportunité d’effectuer de nombreux stages enrichissants dans divers domaines de la rééducation, tels que la revalidation orthopédique, le service ambulatoire, la rééducation cardio-respiratoire, la gériatrie, ainsi que la neurologie adulte et pédiatrique.

Ces expériences m'ont permis de développer une approche globale et personnalisée pour chaque patient. Passionnée par la prise en charge des douleurs chroniques, des lombalgies, des affections musculo-squelettiques et de la traumatologie, je m'efforce de toujours proposer un traitement adapté et ciblé pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de mes patients. 

Mon objectif est de les accompagner tout au long de leur rééducation, en tenant compte de leurs particularités et de leur quotidien.

Souhaitant constamment élargir mes compétences, mon objectif professionnel est de me former régulièrement dans des techniques avancées, telle que la thérapie manuelle, le dry needling, le crochetage et la fasciathérapie dans le but d'offrir une prise en charge de plus en plus complète et moderne.

Je mets un point d’honneur à établir une relation de confiance avec mes patients, dans le but de les aider à retrouver une qualité de vie dans les meilleures conditions possibles.

Nathalie Mouton is a physiotherapist since 2010. She is specialized in manual lymphatic drainage (using the Leduc method) as well as in muscle chains for adults and children (GDS method). She started her career at the Centre Médical du Val in Woluwé-Saint-Pierre after completing her Master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK. My outgoing, caring and passionate personality resonates with the philosophy of osteopathy which I decided to study for the human contact and the help to others through a hollistic approach to understand the origin of problems, to treat them and to avoid possible chronic injuries. Osteopathy, an alternative and traditional medicine, is a primary health care discipline and is therefore partially refunded by the mutual insurance company. I graduated in July 2022 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England and had the opportunity to study the human body and practice for 4 years. My training in England allowed me to learn the 3 bases of osteopathy such as the structural, the functional and the visceral and to put it into practice at the school's clinic where I was able to treat my patients for 2 years with supervision. These 1300 hours of clinical practice allowed me to acquire a wide range of techniques such as: articular, cranial, cranio-sacral, facial, myotensive, visceral, etc.. During my last year of master, I had the chance to specialise in pediatrics, perinatal and sports medicine. I had the exceptional opportunity to treat babies as young as a few weeks old, children and teenagers, pregnant women and post-partum, athletes and elderly people.
