I have 5 years of experience as an osteopath in my own home (after a 5-year training at the IAO, completed in 2016) and 11 years as a physiotherapist in a medical home with a very diversified care and a sharp knowledge of orthopedic disorders, sharpened by a 5-year experience as an assistant and lecturer at the International Academy of Osteopathy (Gent). His approach is based on 3 pillars: Listening: I take the time to make a good history and clinical examination with each patient to make a diagnosis. Techniques : I provide several types of osteopathic techniques : mobilizations, myotensive techniques, manipulations, cranial or visceral techniques, inhibition, hooking... Diplômé d'un master en kinésithérapie et réadaptation en 2021 à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, j'y ai effectué des stages dans divers domaines tels que l'orthopédie, la revalidation cardiaque, la pédiatrie ou encore la gériatrie... J'ai donc acquis une solide expérience en travaillant avec divers patients, de l'enfant au senior en passant par l'athlète. L'approche holistique et la bonne relation patient-thérapeute sont essentielles pour moi car je place le patient au cœur du traitement. Je suis passionné par le corps humain, le bien-être physique et le sport (principalement le football et la course à pied). Trained in general and sports osteopathy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I use my knowledge of physiology and anatomy of the human body to treat your pain. Graduated from a Master in Osteopathy (M.Ost) at the European School of Osteopathy in 2019 in England, I worked for 4 years in various practices before moving back to Belgium. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Having obtained a master's degree in physical education at the Free University of Brussels, I naturally moved towards physiotherapy and rehabilitation, a discipline in which I graduated in 2022. While working, I undertook a specialization master's degree in sports physiotherapy in order to combine the two professions. This concluded positively in 2023. The different skills acquired allow me, if necessary, to offer my patients a specific rehabilitation program. Dynamic and attentive, I also take care of different types of pathology: orthopedics, traumatology, cardio-respiratory revalidation, geriatrics, neurology, etc.
