Bonjour, je m’appelle Nina, kinésithérapeute conventionnée diplômée de la Haute École de Vinci (Bruxelles). J’accompagne autant les troubles musculo-squelettiques du quotidien que les pathologies liées au sport, et j’assure également la rééducation pré et post opératoire.

Passionnée de sport et particulièrement de course à pied, je suis titulaire d’un diplôme en entraînement sportif et préparation physique, en complément de mon diplôme de kinésithérapie. Je poursuis actuellement une spécialisation en kinésithérapie du sport afin d’enrichir ma pratique et de vous accompagner au mieux dans la prévention des blessures, la remise en condition et le retour à la pratique sportive.

Je propose une prise en charge personnalisée et progressive, construite en fonction de vos objectifs, de votre situation et de vos besoins réels. Mon objectif est de vous guider vers une récupération optimale, d’améliorer votre qualité de vie et de vous aider à mieux comprendre votre corps pour retrouver une pratique sereine et durable, que ce soit dans le sport ou dans vos activités quotidiennes.

Diplômé du Collège Belge d'Ostéopathie (CBO), j' y ai acquis une expertise approfondie en ostéopathie générale. Fort de plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine de la kinésithérapie, je me consacre à l'amélioration de la qualité de vie de mes patients à travers des soins personnalisés et holistiques.

En tant qu'ostéopathe, j'interviens sur une variété de troubles fonctionnels, qu'ils soient musculo-squelettiques, viscéraux ou crâniens, en m'appuyant sur une compréhension globale du corps humain. Mon approche est basée sur l'écoute attentive des besoins de chaque patient, associée à des techniques manuelles précises, visant à rétablir l'équilibre et la mobilité des structures corporelles.

Je me suis spécialisé avec un Diplôme Universitaire en Ostéopathie du Sport , et un Diplôme de préparateur physique et réathlétisation. 

Travaillant avec des sportifs amateurs et de haut niveau.

J'ai pu enrichir ma pratique et mon parcours avec des expériences à Mayotte, à la Réunion mais également au Sénégal (Ostéopathe du Monde) pour proposer des soins dans une pouponnière pour enfant.

Ainsi je propose une ostéopathie variée , en proposant une approche en structurel, crânien, viscéral ou fonctionnelle, en fonction des besoins du patient. 

I have a master's degree in physical therapy from Parnasse-ISEI and I specialize in sports, geriatric and psychogeriatric physical therapy. Young and dynamic, I take care of patients for sports and musculoskeletal pathologies in general.

My outgoing, caring and passionate personality resonates with the philosophy of osteopathy which I decided to study for the human contact and the help to others through a hollistic approach to understand the origin of problems, to treat them and to avoid possible chronic injuries. Osteopathy, an alternative and traditional medicine, is a primary health care discipline and is therefore partially refunded by the mutual insurance company. I graduated in July 2022 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England and had the opportunity to study the human body and practice for 4 years. My training in England allowed me to learn the 3 bases of osteopathy such as the structural, the functional and the visceral and to put it into practice at the school's clinic where I was able to treat my patients for 2 years with supervision. These 1300 hours of clinical practice allowed me to acquire a wide range of techniques such as: articular, cranial, cranio-sacral, facial, myotensive, visceral, etc.. During my last year of master, I had the chance to specialise in pediatrics, perinatal and sports medicine. I had the exceptional opportunity to treat babies as young as a few weeks old, children and teenagers, pregnant women and post-partum, athletes and elderly people. Having obtained a master's degree in physical education at the Free University of Brussels, I naturally moved towards physiotherapy and rehabilitation, a discipline in which I graduated in 2022. While working, I undertook a specialization master's degree in sports physiotherapy in order to combine the two professions. This concluded positively in 2023. The different skills acquired allow me, if necessary, to offer my patients a specific rehabilitation program. Dynamic and attentive, I also take care of different types of pathology: orthopedics, traumatology, cardio-respiratory revalidation, geriatrics, neurology, etc.
