Je suis spécialisée en kinésithérapie pré et postnatale et vous accompagne durant la grossesse, après l’accouchement et dans cette période importante de votre vie. Je peux également vous accompagner le jour de votre accouchement afin de vous soutenir et vous guider grâce à des techniques de respiration, de gestion de la douleur, de mobilisation et de positions favorisant votre confort.

Dans une démarche de formation continue, je poursuis actuellement une formation en kinésithérapie du sport afin d’enrichir ma pratique. Celle-ci me permet d’approfondir mes compétences dans la prévention des blessures, la rééducation et l’accompagnement des personnes souhaitant reprendre une activité physique ou optimiser leurs performances, tout en restant disponible pour vous accompagner, que vous soyez sportif ou non.

Je propose des consultations à domicile dans la commune de Schaerbeek pour les personnes qui rencontrent des difficultés à se déplacer jusqu’au cabinet. Les places étant limitées, n’hésitez pas à me contacter afin de vérifier les disponibilités.

Member of the medical team of Ligue Belge Francophone d'Athlétisme, I am currently pursuing my doctoral thesis part-time at UCLouvain, focusing on manual therapy in the context of lateral ankle sprains.

Diplômé à l’ULB en 2019 et ayant un atrait pour le sport, j’ai directement suivi un master complémentaire en pathologie sportive que j’ai terminé en 2020. Par la suite j’ai également suivi une formation en kinésithérapie de la main. J’ai travaillé dans beaucoup de différents domaines pour aujourd’hui me consacrer pleinement à la kinésithérapie orthopédique, traumatologique et sportive. J’ai fait divers autres formations notamment sur la gestion de la douleur, le renforcement musculaire, l’arthrose, etc. Je prévois de continuer à me former régulièrement.

Diplômé d’une formation universitaire en kinésithérapie et réadaptation, j’ai ensuite poursuivi un master de spécialisation en ostéopathie, afin d’approfondir ma compréhension du corps humain et d’offrir une prise en charge globale et adaptée à chaque patient.

HELLO, I AM ALEXANDRU

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiotherapy, a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy from KU Leuven, where I specialized in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Manual Therapy, and the European Diploma in Pain Physiotherapy.

Alongside my clinical work, I am a PhD Researcher at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) and a member of the Pain in Motion Research Group. My research focuses on chronic pain, psychological factors such as anxiety, and how psychologically informed approaches can be integrated into evidence-based physiotherapy to provide more personalized and effective rehabilitation. I am also a member of the Belgian Pain Society’s Young Researchers Panel, supporting initiatives that connect and promote early-career pain researchers in Belgium.

MY APPROACH

I provide individualized, evidence-based physiotherapy adapted to each patient’s symptoms, goals, preferences, and daily life. I consider not only the physical aspects of pain, but also factors such as stress, anxiety, sleep, movement confidence, and previous experiences that may influence recovery.
