Psychologue clinicien de formation, je propose principalement des thérapies analytiques, des thérapies de type cognitivo-comportemental et systémiques.  Je suis également formé à la prise en charge individuelle et collective des traumatismes psychiques qui peuvent intervenir après un événement à fort retentissement émotionnel.

Ce sont des événements personnels et marquants qui m’ont conduit à la Sophrologie et ainsi d’aller à ma propre rencontre et faire connaissance avec mes ressources internes.

Nous évoluons dans un monde chargé d’appréhension, et il est vital de vivre chaque moment pleinement dans une réalité objective, et de construire son bien être au quotidien.

Je me suis formée à l'Institut de Formation à la Sophrologie (Paris Xème) dirigé par Catherine Aliotta, où j’y ai également validé plusieurs spécialisations. En parallèle j’ai intégré le parcours de formation au métier de l’accompagnant et à la maitrise de l’hypnose chez MHD formation l’école de Marie Helene DINI.
