Hortense practices general physiotherapy (orthopedic, traumatological and rheumatological pathologies as well as neurological revalidation, treatment of cardio-respiratory disorders as well as musculoskeletal conditions, etc.). Actuellement en formation continue en kinésithérapie du sport à Paris, il applique une approche thérapeutique basée sur une compréhension approfondie des besoins spécifiques de chaque patient. Vous pouvez me consulter pour une séance pré-opératoire ou une revalidation post-opératoire (genou, hanche et épaule), pour des problèmes musculosquelettiques/orthopédiques. Je suis aussi capable de vous procurer des soins afin de vous libérer des douleurs lombaires (dos) et cervicales (cou). Dans ma pratique quotidienne, je place le patient au centre de traitement et l'encourage à être acteur de son propre traitement. Je propose des séances qui s'adaptent à vos besoins. Lors de votre première visite, un bilan sera effectué afin de fixer conjointement les objectifs que vous souhaitez atteindre et le traitement que je peux vous proposer.

Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. I finished my kinetic studies at the HELB in 2021. I had the opportunity to experience different facets of kinesiology. Through my internships, I have worked in the uro-gyneco, vestibular, maxillary, neuro-pediatric spheres as well as in an orthopedic physio practice. During my sessions, I try to transmit my knowledge and my energy to my patients to allow them to understand their pathology and the exercises set up but also to gain motivation over time!

Having acquired some experience in the management of sports pathologies in general and of the shoulder more specifically. I give my best to help my patients achieve their goals.

After graduating from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I now work at Bsports Health, a health center that distinguishes itself by its holistic approach to patient care. During my university studies, I had the chance to work in the same center as a coach. Thus, I was able to develop many skills in the field of fitness. In order to optimize my care, I am currently training in manual therapy and crocheting. In addition, I keep up to date with the scientific literature in order to provide my patients with adequate treatment. My goal is to do everything in my power to help my patients regain their function and relieve their pain.
