Mon approche combine techniques manuelles et exercices adaptés, afin de favoriser une récupération optimale. 

Je pratique de la kinésithérapie générale et je prends en charge les différents troubles musculo-squelettiques : lombalgie, tendinopathie, entorse, fracture, douleurs chroniques, troubles de la marche ainsi que la rééducation pré/post-opératoire.

Diplômée en drainage lymphatique manuel (méthode Leduc), j’interviens aussi dans la prise en charge des œdèmes et jambes lourdes.

Je vous recevrai avec plaisir au centre The Lab les lundis, mercredis et jeudis.

As a sportswoman and musician since I was very young, I quickly understood the importance of a good physical condition. Hortense Kerebel, physiotherapist welcomes you to her office in Merode located in Etterbeek as well as to the City Clinic Louise in Ixelles. Hortense practices general physiotherapy (orthopedic, traumatological and rheumatological pathologies as well as neurological revalidation, treatment of cardio-respiratory disorders as well as musculoskeletal conditions, etc.). Physiotherapist Thibault MATHIEU graduated with a Master's degree in physiotherapy from the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles (HELB). He is a specialist in the treatment of neck pain (cervicalgia), back pain (low back pain) and pelvis pain, as well as ankle sprains, sports physiotherapy and general physiotherapy (orthopedics, traumatology, rheumatology, cardiovascular, post-operative, adult respirator, etc.). It treats conditions of the human body, regardless of the origin of the pathology (professional, sporting or traumatic). Sports coaching, exercise reconditioning and fat loss through physical activity are also his specialties! Diplômé en kinésithérapie de l’ULB, j’exerce depuis plus de 10 ans en tant que kinésithérapeute. Mon parcours professionnel m'a permis de développer des compétences solides dans la rééducation fonctionnelle et la prise en charge de patients souffrant de diverses pathologies.

Dans une démarche d'excellence et d'actualisation continue de mes compétences, je poursuis actuellement une formation en ostéopathie à l'International Academy of Osteopathy (IAO). Cette formation me permet d'intégrer une approche holistique à mes soins et d'enrichir mes techniques de traitement pour offrir à mes patients une prise en charge encore plus complète et personnalisée.
