Je pratique de la kinésithérapie générale et je prends en charge les différents troubles musculo-squelettiques : lombalgie, tendinopathie, entorse, fracture, douleurs chroniques, troubles de la marche ainsi que la rééducation pré/post-opératoire.

Diplômée en drainage lymphatique manuel (méthode Leduc), j’interviens aussi dans la prise en charge des œdèmes et jambes lourdes.

Je vous recevrai avec plaisir au centre The Lab les lundis, mercredis et jeudis.

Diplômé en kinésithérapie de l’ULB, j’exerce depuis plus de 10 ans en tant que kinésithérapeute. Mon parcours professionnel m'a permis de développer des compétences solides dans la rééducation fonctionnelle et la prise en charge de patients souffrant de diverses pathologies.

Dans une démarche d'excellence et d'actualisation continue de mes compétences, je poursuis actuellement une formation en ostéopathie à l'International Academy of Osteopathy (IAO). Cette formation me permet d'intégrer une approche holistique à mes soins et d'enrichir mes techniques de traitement pour offrir à mes patients une prise en charge encore plus complète et personnalisée.

Sports physiotherapist (BFSP-GOLD) and manual therapist (IFOMPT), I specialize in the management of back problems and sports-related conditions. My patients appreciate my attentive approach and commitment to their recovery. Member of the medical team of Ligue Belge Francophone d'Athlétisme, I am currently pursuing my doctoral thesis part-time at UCLouvain, focusing on manual therapy in the context of lateral ankle sprains.

Je prends en charge tous types de pathologies en kinésithérapie générale, avec pour objectif de vous accompagner vers une récupération optimale et durable. Je suis à votre écoute pour élaborer un traitement adapté à vos besoins, votre bien-être est ma priorité.

Pour assurer une prise en charge régulière et éviter les délais d’attente, il est conseillé de planifier directement deux séances (ou plus) à l’avance.

Alexandre is a sports physiotherapist who has evolved with the values of team sports. For him, bringing a group to success will always be his primary objective! His care is directed towards adult patients with more orthopedic pathologies (fractures, sprains, muscle tears, tendinopathies, neck pain, pre- and postoperative care, special expertise for the shoulder, ...) and/or neurological. During a consultation, it is important that you know how/why and especially where you will go during the treatment, which are essential notions worked out with Alexandre.

Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Thanks to my experience as a dancer combined with my clinical practice, I will make every effort to offer treatments adapted to each patient according to their needs and desires, based on the best scientific evidence available. Hortense practices general physiotherapy (orthopedic, traumatological and rheumatological pathologies as well as neurological revalidation, treatment of cardio-respiratory disorders as well as musculoskeletal conditions, etc.). Trained in myo-aponeurotic hooking, Hortense is dynamic and keen to offer each person an individualized and holistic treatment.
