Kinésithérapeute conventionné, je vous accueille à Thieffry dans notre centre multidisciplinaire "I care Center". Vous pouvez me consulter pour une séance pré-opératoire ou une revalidation post-opératoire (genou, hanche et épaule), pour des problèmes musculosquelettiques/orthopédiques. Je suis aussi capable de vous procurer des soins afin de vous libérer des douleurs lombaires (dos) et cervicales (cou). Dans ma pratique quotidienne, je place le patient au centre de traitement et l'encourage à être acteur de son propre traitement. Je propose des séances qui s'adaptent à vos besoins. Lors de votre première visite, un bilan sera effectué afin de fixer conjointement les objectifs que vous souhaitez atteindre et le traitement que je peux vous proposer.

Passionate about the human body for as long as I can remember, I studied physiotherapy at the ULB before completing my training with 5 years of osteopathy at the CBO. As a sportsman since childhood (tennis, French boxing, running, crossfit), I like to use the knowledge acquired in these disciplines to enrich my professional practice. For me, continuing education is essential, which is why I participate in many seminars in the field of pediatrics, muscular chain, visceral, cranio-sacral and so on. [Graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), I have the latest scientific knowledge in terms of revalidation and physiotherapeutic treatment. My fields of action are : -Orthopedic and traumatological revalidation (sprain, tendonitis, scoliosis, rehabilitation after trauma or surgery, relearning to walk,...) - Cervicalgia, dorsalgia and lumbago (spinal pain) - Neurological revalidation (post stroke rehabilitation and other disorders) - Respiratory physiotherapy -Pre and postpartum physical therapy -Elderly rehabilitation My priority and work philosophy is to put the patient at the center of the treatment. In this sense, I take the time to fully explain each pathology for the educational aspect, and I humanize my treatments by being close, listening, and available for each patient. I therefore attach great importance to the patient-therapist relationship. In parallel, I provide professional care based on current scientific knowledge.

Diplômé d'un master en kinésithérapie au Parnasse-ISEI, je pratique la kinésithérapie générale et sportive. Passionné par le domaine du sport, je me suis naturellement orienté vers les prises en charge liées au système musculo-squelettique (ortho-trauma-sport). Je reçois également pour des prises en charge générale.

Je suis actuellement en cours de formation longue en kinésithérapie du sport.

Osteopath Florent Liénard welcomes you at the Stay Strong Center on Mondays from 3:30 to 6:30 pm, Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 to 2:00 pm. He also welcomes you at the Aspria on Fridays from 2:30 to 7:45 pm. Consultations can be done in French or English. You are in good hands.

Récemment diplômée en kinésithérapie à l'UCLouvain, je mets mes compétences au service des patients pour leur offrir une prise en charge personnalisée, basée sur leurs besoins réels, avec une écoute attentive et bienveillante.

Spécialisée en kinésithérapie maxillo-faciale, j’ai eu l’opportunité de me former auprès de Laurent Pitance et Eve Gérard aux Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc, ce qui m’a permis de développer une expertise dans la prise en charge des troubles temporo-mandibulaires. J'ai récemment complété mes connaissances en participant leur formation en kinésithérapie cervico-maxillo-faciale en février et mars 2025. Mon objectif est de fournir un suivi complet et adapté à chaque patient, tout en poursuivant des formations pour rester à jour et en apprendre davantage.

Quelle que soit la nature de vos besoins, je propose également des consultations de kinésithérapie générale, respiratoire ainsi que neurologique. Le bien-être et l’écoute de mes patients sont au cœur de mon approche.

Mrs. Nafnaf consults on Mondays at the Body Positive Studio (in Uccle), on Wednesdays and Fridays at the Stay Strong Center (in Forest) and on Thursdays at the Body Move Clinic (in Brussels).
