Je suis un jeune kinésithérapeute diplômé, passionné par les sciences et les sports de force. Spécialisé dans la musculation, le powerlifting et le cross-training, je comprends les besoins spécifiques de ces disciplines, qu’il s’agisse de performance, de prévention ou de rééducation.
