Movement has always been at the heart of my life. As a former professional dancer and acrobat, I explored the limits of the human body through the arts and sport before turning to physiotherapy. My unusual career path has enabled me to develop a sensitive and precise approach, suited to top-level athletes as well as artists and rehabilitation patients.

J'accompagne les douleurs musculo-squelettiques, la rééducation après blessure ou opération ainsi que les sportifs dans leur reprise d'activité. Je vous reçois au cabinet le mardi, jeudi et samedi, et je me déplace à domicile le lundi, mercredi, vendredi et dimanche. Diplômé à l’ULB en 2019 et ayant un atrait pour le sport, j’ai directement suivi un master complémentaire en pathologie sportive que j’ai terminé en 2020. Par la suite j’ai également suivi une formation en kinésithérapie de la main. J’ai travaillé dans beaucoup de différents domaines pour aujourd’hui me consacrer pleinement à la kinésithérapie orthopédique, traumatologique et sportive. J’ai fait divers autres formations notamment sur la gestion de la douleur, le renforcement musculaire, l’arthrose, etc. Je prévois de continuer à me former régulièrement.

HELLO, I AM ALEXANDRU

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiotherapy, a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy from KU Leuven, where I specialized in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Manual Therapy, and the European Diploma in Pain Physiotherapy.

Alongside my clinical work, I am a PhD Researcher at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) and a member of the Pain in Motion Research Group. My research focuses on chronic pain, psychological factors such as anxiety, and how psychologically informed approaches can be integrated into evidence-based physiotherapy to provide more personalized and effective rehabilitation. I am also a member of the Belgian Pain Society’s Young Researchers Panel, supporting initiatives that connect and promote early-career pain researchers in Belgium.

MY APPROACH

I provide individualized, evidence-based physiotherapy adapted to each patient’s symptoms, goals, preferences, and daily life. I consider not only the physical aspects of pain, but also factors such as stress, anxiety, sleep, movement confidence, and previous experiences that may influence recovery.

À propos de moi

Je suis diplômée en kinésithérapie depuis 2023 à la Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci. Actuellement, je travaille aux Cliniques Universitaires de Saint-Luc, dans le service de cardiologie, chirurgie cardio-thoracique et de réadaptation cardiaque mais également en cabinet sur Waterloo. J'ai également suivi une formation en maxillo-facial.

Passionnée par le bien-être et la santé de mes patients, mon approche est centrée sur l’écoute et l’empathie. Je prends le temps de comprendre les besoins spécifiques de chaque patient afin de proposer des soins personnalisés, adaptés à chaque situation. Mon objectif est de vous aider à retrouver votre mobilité, à soulager vos douleurs et à améliorer votre qualité de vie au quotidien.

Je suis kinésithérapeute diplômé de l’ISEK depuis juin 2024. J’accompagne mes patients dans la prise en charge de diverses pathologies : orthopédiques, traumatologiques, gériatriques, cardio-vasculaires et musculo-squelettiques.

Formé en drainage lymphatique, je propose également des soins spécifiques adaptés à vos besoins.

Je consulte trois fois par semaine au cabinet Regengo à Evere, avec pour objectif de vous aider à retrouver confort, mobilité et bien-être au quotidien.
