I worked for 3 years in Portugal as a physiotherapist and I used that time to invest as much as I could in courses so that I could provide quality treatments to my patients.

I'm very involved in the musculoskeletal area and for this reason I treat pathologies such as back, shoulder, elbow, knee pain, I work a lot on post-operative rehabilitation and also with tendonitis, bursitis and calcifications.

I love doing treatments that involve acupuncture because I really like the quick and long-lasting results, and acupuncture allows me to do that. That's why I really enjoy combining my knowledge of physiotherapy with my knowledge of acupuncture (traditional Chinese medicine).

My name is Francisco Toscano Jimenez , I am a Spanish national, raised in Germany and educated in the United Kingdom. Different countries and cultures have been a part of my life since early childhood, upbringing and throughout my studies and professional life. My professional development began in the mid 1990 when I started with the interest in the sciences of health and sport. What began as an hobby become a vocation of life. My initial training in Manuel Therapy and Sport physiotherapy were the first steps in my professional path. After a few years of practice in Germany I saw my interest growing towards a broader and deeper understanding of the human body. Understanding health as more than the absence of symptoms lead me to conclude that Osteopathy was providing with the answers to many of my questions. I come to realize and understand Osteopathy as a true biological science. My journey of Osteopathy started in England where I completed a honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine, BSc Hons. Ost. Med. in 2006. After years in private practice in England and Spain I have recently chosen to move to the country of origin of my wife. From 2008-218 I have provided postgraduate programs, lectures, conferences in Classical Osteopathy and a publication on Fascia. Osteopathy has provided me with wonderful teachings and learning possibilities in countries like Sweden, Italy, Portugal, Spain and beyond the Atlantic. Osteopathy has no borders or boundaries! In addition to general and ortho-traumatic kinesitherapy, I also practice manual therapy and posturology. I am also following a specialized training in sports physiotherapy since August in order to improve my skills in this field.
