Curious to understand the functioning of the human body and passionate about manual medicine, I completed a 6-year course at the Université Libre de Bruxelles before obtaining my osteopathic diploma. Today, I consult in several multidisciplinary practices in Brussels where I ensure a precise, gentle and patient-friendly treatment. As an osteopath, and in a general way, I am interested in musculo-articular pains as well as in their relief by the hand and by the movement. I am particularly interested in the treatment of pregnant women, the jaw joint and its relationship with the cervical spine, and acute situations such as torticollis or lumbago.

Graduated from HELB in 2014, I am specialized in sports physiotherapy and manual therapy I am also certified from the runner's clinic. I take care of sports and musculoskeletal pathologies in general. I take care of consultations at the Total Physio office based at 57 Rue de Baron de Castro, Etterbeek 1040. I am open on Mondays from 2pm to 8:30pm, Tuesdays from 12:30pm to 2pm, Wednesdays from 2pm to 8:30pm, Thursdays from 1pm to 3pm and also on Fridays from 12:30pm to 2pm.

There is no pain whose cause is obvious and immediately attributable to a localized dysfunction. Often the origin of the pain is to be found in areas other than those affected. For example, a common backache may result from excessive fatigue in the foot or a malfunctioning jaw. Similarly, would you ever have imagined that overloading the intestines can induce headaches? Our body is a machine with complex gears and countless transmission belts. Diplômé en 2022 à la Haute École Libre de Bruxelles, j’ai débuté ma carrière en exerçant pendant six mois sur l’île de La Réunion. Depuis la création du centre Medkin à Braine-l’Alleud, j’y pratique la kinésithérapie générale du lundi au vendredi.

Soucieux d’enrichir mes compétences, j'ai terminé en 2025 une formation de deux ans en thérapie manuelle à la SFER à Mons.

Passionné par le sport, notamment le basket et la course à pied, j’adapte mes traitements aux besoins spécifiques de chaque patient, qu’il s’agisse de rééducation, de prévention ou d’optimisation des performances.

Je prends en charge les pathologies touchant les adultes ou les personnes âgées, que ce soit du musculo-squelettiques, des pathologies neurologiques (AVC/Parkinson) ou des affections chroniques (fibromyalgie).

Je prends également en charge les enfants pour des cas de scolioses, entorses, fractures.

Brian Charbel graduated from the International Academy of Osteopathy as a D.O. Osteopath with high distinction in 2019. He began his career studying physical therapy at I.S.E.K. where he graduated in 2010 with high distinction. After specializing in traumatology and sports physiotherapy, he wanted to develop a more holistic approach to the body and first trained in manual therapy and Busquet Physiological Chains. He then went on to study osteopathy.
