Black belt in judo, 3rd Dan. More than 10 years of high-level practice in this sport. I've discovered in sports physiotherapy a passion other than judo, and I'm fully committed to it.

Graduated in physiotherapy from the Haute École Leonard De Vinci in 2017, I have acquired extensive experience in the management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems. In addition to my initial training, I followed sports physiotherapy courses in Paris, obtained a university certificate in orthopedic manual therapy at the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL), and followed training in physical assessment and preparation for University of Poitiers. I believe in a personalized approach for each patient. Diplômé d'un master en kinésithérapie et réadaptation en 2021 à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, j'y ai effectué des stages dans divers domaines tels que l'orthopédie, la revalidation cardiaque, la pédiatrie ou encore la gériatrie... J'ai donc acquis une solide expérience en travaillant avec divers patients, de l'enfant au senior en passant par l'athlète. L'approche holistique et la bonne relation patient-thérapeute sont essentielles pour moi car je place le patient au cœur du traitement. Je suis passionné par le corps humain, le bien-être physique et le sport (principalement le football, la callisthénie et la course à pied). En quête de perfectionnement, je participe à d'autres formations continues.

Jeanne FRANÇOIS est kinésithérapeute spécialisée en kinésithérapie du sport (UCL) et en kinésithérapie de la main(ULB). Passionnée par la performance et la prévention des blessures, elle développe également une expertise dans la prise en charge des cavaliers.

Investie dans le milieu sportif de haut niveau, Jeanne travaille au centre de formation du RSC Anderlecht et accompagne l’équipe DH de hockey du Royal Léopold Club, où elle met en pratique son approche centrée sur l’athlète, le mouvement et la récupération optimale.

Elle propose une prise en charge ciblée en rééducation sportive, traumatologie, orthopédie, réathlétisation, troubles de la main, ainsi que dans les problématiques spécifiques liées à la pratique équestre.
