It is aimed at adults, adolescents and children who have chronic pain, the cause of which is often unknown: neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, chronic fatigue, etc. Using a combined approach of words and touch, we will investigate to understand and resolve blockages in the body: touch to release body tensions, and dialogue to bring to light the words hidden by the ailments. At your own pace and with respect for everyone. Body work is global, from the feet to the head. My steps also led me to pediatrics. I offer care focused on the concepts of baby Busquet muscle chains, pediatric manual therapy, as well as free motor skills. The little one's sleep is also regularly at the heart of parents' concerns. Interested in this subject, I learned a lot through training and readings. For those who wish, the sessions will therefore be an opportunity to discuss caring support for the baby's sleep. The prices are agreed: the first session amounts to 70€ (assessment) and the following ones to 62€ for one hour.

Diplomée d'un master en kinésithérapie en 2020 à la Haute Ecole Leonard de Vinci - Parnasse, j'ai acquis de l'expérience dans différents cabinets et hôpitaux. En plus de la kinésithérapie générale, principalement orthopédique, j'ai suivi une formation en thérapie manuelle qui m'a permis de développer des techniques afin de diminuer les douleurs, de retrouver de la mobilité et donc d'améliorer les capacités fonctionnelles. Je suis également formée au Pilates Matwork 1 ce qui me permet de vous proposer des exercices de revalidation doux afin de renforcer les muscles centraux et d'équilibrer le corps.

I take care of the Braine-l'Alleud Castors women's basketball team playing in Belgian division 1. I have also trained in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and take care of your children suffering from bronchiolitis and pneumonia. David Léonard is a physiotherapist, specialized in sports physiotherapy. He receives you at his private practice (Sombreffe) and travels to your home. He attaches great importance to training (sports physiotherapy, Trigger Points, and currently in muscle chains and orthopedic manual therapy) and has accumulated experience in the follow-up of sportsmen and women, whether in the office or in clubs (soccer, rugby).
