A physical therapist, Shanna Kayembe, graduated from Parnasse Isei where she earned a master's degree in physical therapy in 2018. She specializes in neck pain, shoulder rehabilitation and sports physical therapy. She welcomes you in her practice in Evere and in the W Sport Clinic.

Passionate about the human body, I finished my physiotherapy studies at the Haute école libre de Bruxelles in June 2019 with great distinction. I worked in a nursing home, in a private practice (the alternative care and therapy center) as well as at the Bracops hospital on an outpatient basis and as an inpatient in the surgery department. I currently work in two offices located in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and Evere. In 2000 I graduated as a licentiate in Motor Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy at Ghent University and subsequently followed 1 year of sports physiotherapy at KULeuven and manual therapy at VWMT (Flemish Working Group on Manual Therapy). After my studies, I gained work experience in private practices, sports clubs and MPIs and worked with various therapists. Ultimately, I started my own practice in Velzeke in 2010.

Kinésithérapeute passionnée par la pédiatrie depuis le début de mes études, j’ai développé une expérience grâce à mes stages et à mes premières prises en charge en tant que professionnelle. Cela me permet aujourd’hui de proposer un accompagnement adapté aux besoins spécifiques pédiatriques.

Attentive et à l’écoute, j’adapte toujours mon approche thérapeutique en fonction des besoins spécifiques de chaque enfant. Je m’efforce d’explorer différentes techniques et approches, dans le respect de mes compétences, afin d’optimiser les résultats.

Curieuse et engagée, je suis en recherche constante de formations complémentaires pour enrichir mes connaissances et améliorer ma pratique.

La collaboration thérapeutique que je propose repose sur le bien-être de l’enfant et le respect de ses capacités. Elle s’articule autour d’exercices ludiques, d’un accompagnement global, y compris en dehors des séances, et de temps d’échange réguliers.
