Having always been an athlete, my experience in endurance sports (cycling, ultra distance, mountain biking, triathlon, trail running, running, etc.) has allowed me to better understand the impact of musculoskeletal pathologies on the lives of all people. days. I therefore have a good understanding of the adaptations of sports training depending on the pathology and the technical aspects relating to different sports.

Travailler avec les enfants a toujours été une vocation. Je propose des séances d’hydrothérapie, notamment pour les enfants atteints de troubles neurologiques, afin de stimuler la coordination, réduire les tensions musculaires et renforcer les capacités motrices en toute sécurité.

J’accompagne également les femmes enceintes dans leur préparation à l’accouchement avec des exercices adaptés, favorisant bien-être et sérénité.
