I have been active in the field of physiotherapy since 2009, specializing in pediatric care and upper limb rehabilitation. I work with both children and adults, treating a wide range of conditions, from developmental disorders to neurological and orthopedic impairments. Multidisciplinary teamwork and continuous education enable me to tailor treatments to the specific needs of each patient.

Passionate about the human body, I finished my physiotherapy studies at the Haute école libre de Bruxelles in June 2019 with great distinction. I worked in a nursing home, in a private practice (the alternative care and therapy center) as well as at the Bracops hospital on an outpatient basis and as an inpatient in the surgery department. I currently work in two offices located in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and Evere. Kinésithérapeute diplômée du Parnasse, également diplômée en éducation physique et en psychomotricité au parnasse également, j'allie ces expertises pour proposer une prise en charge globale et personnalisée. Etant nageuses depuis de nombreuses années cela m’a conduite à devenir professeur pour enfants et adultes, enrichissant ainsi ma compréhension des mouvements et des mécanismes corporels essentiels à la rééducation.

Je vous propose des soins adaptés à vos besoins, que ce soit au cabinet à Auderghem ou à domicile. Mon approche repose sur des techniques modernes, dans un cadre bienveillant et professionnel, avec pour objectif de vous accompagner efficacement vers une meilleure mobilité et un bien-être durable.

Travailler avec les enfants a toujours été une vocation. Je propose des séances d’hydrothérapie, notamment pour les enfants atteints de troubles neurologiques, afin de stimuler la coordination, réduire les tensions musculaires et renforcer les capacités motrices en toute sécurité.

J’accompagne également les femmes enceintes dans leur préparation à l’accouchement avec des exercices adaptés, favorisant bien-être et sérénité.

Je vous accueille au cabinet du centre Maubel à Forest les mardis et jeudis jusque 14h, et je suis également disponible à domicile le reste de la semaine. Je propose une prise en charge personnalisée, adaptée aux besoins et aux objectifs de chaque patient, alliant travail manuel et rééducation active pour traiter les douleurs aiguës ou chroniques, la rééducation post-opératoire, les troubles musculo-squelettiques et la prévention, tout en favorisant le mouvement, la confiance et l’implication tout au long du traitement.

Trained in muscular and physiological chains according to the Busquet method, my practice is based on touch and dialogue. It is aimed at adults, adolescents and children who have chronic pain, the cause of which is often unknown: neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, chronic fatigue, etc. Using a combined approach of words and touch, we will investigate to understand and resolve blockages in the body: touch to release body tensions, and dialogue to bring to light the words hidden by the ailments. At your own pace and with respect for everyone. Body work is global, from the feet to the head. My steps also led me to pediatrics. I offer care focused on the concepts of baby Busquet muscle chains, pediatric manual therapy, as well as free motor skills. The little one's sleep is also regularly at the heart of parents' concerns. Interested in this subject, I learned a lot through training and readings. For those who wish, the sessions will therefore be an opportunity to discuss caring support for the baby's sleep. The prices are agreed: the first session amounts to 70€ (assessment) and the following ones to 62€ for one hour.

I welcome you for the treatment of any type of pathology (Cardiovascular, orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, perinatal, post-surgery, etc.). In addition to general physiotherapy, I am training in osteopathy at the IAO. Note that it is mandatory to have a medical prescription for physiotherapy before the first appointment.
