En parallèle, j’exerce à l’hôpital Erasme, ce qui me permet d’avoir en plus de la rééducation fonctionnelle, une expérience en kinésithérapie respiratoire ainsi qu’en revalidation.

A consultation begins with a clinical interrogation in order to let the patient express his complaint. This is followed by a complete clinical examination with the objective of identifying the pain as well as its origin and finally, the consultation ends with an adapted treatment accompanied by preventive advice to avoid that the complaint returns.

Nathalie Mouton is a physiotherapist since 2010. She is specialized in manual lymphatic drainage (using the Leduc method) as well as in muscle chains for adults and children (GDS method). She started her career at the Centre Médical du Val in Woluwé-Saint-Pierre after completing her Master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK. She welcomes you in her private practice in Uccle for your physiotherapy sessions.

Hello, I am a DO osteopath graduated in 2022 from the Free University of Brussels and osteopath of the federal Taekwondo team. I started studying the human body and care 13 years ago. I took my first steps in the field of health in midwifery (midwifery) for 3 years. It was a great experience, where I was able to support pregnancies, but also deliver newborns and follow their progress. 7 years ago, I reoriented myself to be able to investigate care through my hands. As an osteopath, I treat musculoskeletal and peripheral neurological disorders of mechanical origin. These mechanical problems have a cause! To find it, an initial discussion will allow me to know more about your pain (How did it appear? What are the characteristics of your pain?). We will take the time to explore your health and medical history. Following this, we will proceed to the physical, clinical and neurological examination supplemented by orthopedic tests in order to best identify the cause of the pain in an algo-mechanical logic. The succession of these stages will allow us to move on to osteopathic treatment and/or medical reorientation towards other specialties. If manipulation proves necessary, it will be carried out with your consent, in a safe manner and in a pain-free manner according to Dr. Robert Maigne. Je suis kinésithérapeute et ostéopathe diplômé du Collège Belge d'Ostéopathie (CBO), où j'ai acquis une expertise approfondie en ostéopathie générale. Fort de plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine, je me consacre à l'amélioration de la qualité de vie de mes patients à travers des soins personnalisés et holistiques.

En tant qu'ostéopathe, j'interviens sur une variété de troubles fonctionnels, qu'ils soient musculo-squelettiques, viscéraux ou crâniens, en m'appuyant sur une compréhension globale du corps humain. I graduated in Kinesitherapy and Rehabilitation from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2021. In addition to general and ortho-traumatic kinesitherapy, I also practice manual therapy and posturology. I am also following a specialized training in sports physiotherapy since August in order to improve my skills in this field. I have been practicing sports since I was very young, and as a former karate teacher in an international school and black belt (2nd dan) I am passionate about sports and its effects. My ability to listen and my human skills have been recognized by my teachers, I make it a point of honor to make your health my priority. Sessions can be conducted in several languages, including Italian, English, French and Spanish.

Je prends en charge les traitements de kinésithérapie générale : orthopédique, traumatologique, rhumatologique et neurologique. Je suis spécialisée en ATM : traitement des syndromes algo dysfonctionnel de l'appareil manducateur ( SADAM ). Je ne pratique pas de kinésithérapie respiratoire. Je suis conventionnée. Actuellement en formation en ostéopathie.

Kinésithérapeute diplômé en 2022 à Porto au Portugal, je prends en charge les douleurs musculo-squelettique aigüe et chronique de l’adulte par la rééducation fonctionnelle.

Je me spécialise dans la prise en charge pédiatrique grâce aux connaissances acquises et aux stages réalisés dans le cadre d’une formation continue sur deux ans à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).

Je base mes traitements sur les preuves et évidences que j’ai acquises lors de mes diverses formations, stages et durant mes 2 années de pratiques en hôpital et à domicile. 

Je prends en charge les nourrissons/enfants/adolescents pour toute affection respiratoire ou orthopédique (torticolis/plexus brachial/plagiocéphalie/metatartus adductus/pied bot), ainsi que les adultes pour toute rééducation de l’appareil locomoteur (traumatologie/tendinopathie)
