I have been welcoming you since 2008 for brief, relational and psycho-energetic therapies, as well as integral coaching. My tools of choice are the Internal Family System (IFS), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Reed Eyes Movement Acupressure Psychotherapy (REMAP), Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT), Polyvagal Theory, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Integral Theory. I also specialize in stress and anxiety management, and attachment disorders. My approach is humanistic and result-oriented. It allows for rapid relief of your mental or emotional problems. On average, the number of sessions needed to reach the goal we set together is 5. A session lasts on average 1 hour. I receive you in my office every Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 9pm.

J'adapte mes interventions à vos besoins spécifiques, tout en respectant votre singularité, votre histoire et votre autonomie. Practitioner Jodie Thomas, osteopath, graduated in 2017 in general osteopathy at the ULB-Erasme, in pediatrics and perinatal support at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2018. She welcomes you at the PsyOs Center in Temploux (Chaussée de Nivelles 372) and in Lustin (Rue des Quatres Arbres 86). Expert in general, pediatric and perinatal osteopathy, she conducts her consultations in French and English. Punctual, she receives her patients in a clean room for various consultations: lumbago, cervical pain, migraine, jaw problem, costal pain, stress management and back problem. She accepts children, pregnant women as well as infants. You can also consult her for an emergency.
