  • Je reçois des adolescents et des adultes qui rencontrent des difficultés variées (traumatisme, choc émotionnel, souffrance, anxiété….). Les patients arrivent parfois avec une problématique claire, parfois avec un questionnement plus diffus. Ensemble, nous réfléchissons aux objectifs de la thérapie. J’utilise régulièrement l’hypnose conversationnelle stratégique (hypnose PTR), qui permet de désensibiliser des éléments douloureux du passé et reprendre le contrôle. Je suis très attentive au bien être des patients, et m'adapte autant à leurs besoins que à leur rythme.
