Alain Degols est psychothérapeute depuis 10 ans et juriste depuis près de 25 ans. Intervenant stratégique au sein des entreprises (employeur/travailleur) et au sein des familles (conjoints, ascendants/descendants), il est spécialiste du burn-out, des conflits familiaux et des troubles liés à l'angoisse, au stress et à l'anxiété. Il est diplômé en psychothérapie systémique (IGB), titulaire d'un master en droit (UCL) et est co-fondateur du centre belge de médiation familiale. D'approche intégrative, j'adapte ma pratique en fonction du contexte et de la problématique. Nous trouverons ensemble comment améliorer votre bien-être émotionnel et psychologique, en comprenant davantage votre fonctionnement, en vous aidant à cibler votre problématique ou vos difficultés sous-jacentes.

Dans un principe de collaboration ou co-construction, je propose à ce titre, des exercices concrets vous permettant de redevenir acteur de votre santé mentale, en apprenant à gérer vos difficultés au quotidien et en vous aidant dans la compréhension et gestion de vos émotions.

My practice is based on collaboration with the patient in order to respond precisely to the request expressed and to set the objectives to be reached. I work through caring, confidentiality and deep respect by adopting an integrative approach and active listening. Depending on the request, therapies can be brief or prolonged.

Clinical psychologist graduated from UCLouvain, I specialize in the Person-Centered and Experiential approach founded by Carl Rogers (University certificate in PCPE at UCLouvain). My experiences in Belgium and abroad have been through contact with individuals with varied profiles, suffering from social isolation, with mood disorders or even with or without disabilities. I will support you in working through your difficulties and your personal journey. In work, among other things, anxiety, mourning, burnout, depressive feelings, isolation, search for meaning. My work is rooted in a humanist approach to therapeutic work which is expressed in the care I pay to empathy, unconditional positive consideration of the person and authenticity.

I am a Clinical Psychologist, accredited by the Commission of Psychologists. I graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in June 2010. I am specialized in perinatal support and parenting support. I also accompany any person wishing to work on themselves or going through a period of difficulty (bereavement, break-up, burn-out, depression, loss of employment, illness, relationship difficulties, ...) For more than ten years, I have worked in the accompaniment of children and parents in various crèches, schools and day-care centers linked to the European institutions of Brussels. These structures in which I had the opportunity to evolve welcomed a very large number of children and therefore parents, which allowed me to develop and enrich my experience in the field. My passions have always been people and their relationships. I communicate easily and I enjoy taking care of the people around me. I have chosen to dedicate my daily life to improving the quality of life of people who need it. Psychologue clinicienne agréée par la commission des psychologues, diplômée de l'UCL, j'ai ensuite effectué un troisième cycle en psychothérapie systémique (ULB) afin d'avoir une vision plus large des différents systèmes dans lesquels toute personne peut être amenée à évoluer. Je propose de mettre à votre disposition un espace d'écoute, de bienveillance et de co-construction afin de vous accompagner au mieux quel que soit la problématique que vous pouvez rencontrer.
