I graduated in 2012 and continue to educate myself on a regular basis in order to stay current and provide my patients with the best possible care. I am oriented as much as possible towards evidence-based practice (practice that combines the best scientific evidence and takes into account the patient's preferences). I provide general physical therapy (orthopedics, rheumatology, neurology, cardiology, respiratory physical therapy, post-natal physical therapy, chronic pain) and help with the initiation or resumption of sports activities. Information and understanding of one's health is an important part of my practice.

Je suis titulaire d’un Master en kinésithérapie de la Haute École Léonard de Vinci. Passionnée par la kinésithérapie du sport, je continue à me former dans ce domaine pour offrir à mes patients les meilleures prises en charge possibles.

Mon expérience en milieu hospitalier et en cabinet ambulatoire m’a permis de développer une vision globale et approfondie de la kinésithérapie, notamment dans le traitement des pathologies du système musculo-squelettique.

As a general physiotherapist, I treat musculoskeletal pain (cervical, back, hand, wrist as well as hip, knee or ankle problems). I also treat low back pain. I receive my patients in Brussels at the Medical Center Europe-Schuman on Mondays and Wednesdays and at the Ambiorix21 Center (Square Ambiorix21 1000 Brussels) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I am specialised in orthopaedic manual therapy, hand and wrist pathologies, TMJ (jaw) pathologies and headaches as well as in the treatment of runners and musicians. I continue to follow regular professional development seminars in order to improve the efficiency of your treatment. As a sportswoman and musician since I was very young, I quickly understood the importance of a good physical condition. I am passionate about the functions and capacities of the human body, and it is with both enthusiasm and benevolence that I accompany you on your treatment journey. I also encourage you to maintain or restart your sporting activities by sharing its many physical and psychological benefits. Hardworking, thoughtful and attentive, I will adapt my practice to your requirements, your objectives and your availability.

Passionate about sports since I can remember, I specialize in sports medicine, low back pain, running and manual therapy! My practice is based on scientific evidence and taking into account your experience, your needs and expectations!

As a physiotherapist with a strong background in occupational therapy, I adopt a holistic approach to patient care, addressing the physical, mental, and social dimensions of recovery. My areas of expertise include:

In addition to my professional qualifications, I am passionate about extreme sports such as skateboarding, skiing, and kitesurfing. Having personally experienced multiple injuries, I understand the recovery process firsthand. My own journey of rehabilitation, guided by skilled physiotherapists, has motivated me to provide the same level of care and support to my patients.

My objective is to develop a personalized rehabilitation plan tailored to your specific needs and to support you at every step of your recovery. I offer consultations and sessions in both French and English.

David Léonard is a physiotherapist, specialized in sports physiotherapy. He receives you at his private practice (Sombreffe) and travels to your home. He attaches great importance to training (sports physiotherapy, Trigger Points, and currently in muscle chains and orthopedic manual therapy) and has accumulated experience in the follow-up of sportsmen and women, whether in the office or in clubs (soccer, rugby). Graduated from UCLouvain with a master's degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, I will be delighted to welcome you to the HK Health Center in Braine-l'Alleud. Diplômé en kinésithérapie depuis 2022, j’ai poursuivi ma formation par un master complémentaire à finalité musculo-squelettique à l’UCLouvain (2022-2024).

Cette spécialisation m’a permis d’approfondir mes connaissances en thérapie manuelle et d’acquérir des compétences avancées dans le traitement des troubles musculo-squelettiques. Elle a également renforcé mon raisonnement clinique, me permettant d’optimiser la qualité des soins que je propose. J’accorde donc une importance capitale au bilan réalisé lors de la première séance afin d’établir un diagnostic précis et d’élaborer un traitement adapté aux objectifs de chacun.

Grâce à une combinaison de technique manuelle, d’exercices spécifiques et d’éducation thérapeutique, mon accompagnement vise à soulager vos douleur et prévenir vos récidives.

Sportif amateur, j’ai pratiqué différents sports tels que la course à pied, le beach-volley, le football, la natation et le tennis, ce qui me permet de mieux comprendre vos attentes.

Passionné par mon métier et exerçant depuis bientôt 8 ans, je me suis spécialisé en kiné du sport. Je vous accompagne dans votre rééducation, dans la prévention de vos blessures, et dans l’optimisation de vos performances afin de vous aider à atteindre vos objectifs.

Je m’intéresse plus particulièrement aux pathologies spécifiques en course à pied, au trail mais également aux sports collectifs comme le basket-ball et le football. Vous pouvez me retrouver sur le terrain où j’encadre l’équipe de football du Sporting Brussels.

Suivant depuis 4 ans une formation complémentaire en ostéopathie, j’aime approcher le patient dans sa globalité afin de fournir une prise en charge ciblée et individuelle, le tout dans la bonne humeur.

As a physiotherapist, I am here to accompany you in your rehabilitation, whether it be for general functional physiotherapy, post-operation or other. I have a particular interest in neurological pathologies as well as hand rehabilitation. As a specialist in hand-related pathologies, neurological pathologies (stroke, Parkinson, ...) and lymphatic drainage, I take care of hand, back or wrist pain. You can also consult him for a sports injury, for a rehabilitation or for a kinesitherapy problem. He holds a master's degree in physical therapy from ISEK in 2020 and a specialization diploma from the Haute Ecole Paul Henri Spaak. He practices in his private office located in Uccle at the medical center La Sauvagère (rue de Verrewinkel 95). He conducts his consultations in French or German depending on the profile of his patients. Punctual, I work in a clean place and I warn my clients about the side effects of my treatments.
