I have 5 years of experience as an osteopath in my own home (after a 5-year training at the IAO, completed in 2016) and 11 years as a physiotherapist in a medical home with a very diversified care and a sharp knowledge of orthopedic disorders, sharpened by a 5-year experience as an assistant and lecturer at the International Academy of Osteopathy (Gent). His approach is based on 3 pillars: Listening: I take the time to make a good history and clinical examination with each patient to make a diagnosis. Techniques : I provide several types of osteopathic techniques : mobilizations, myotensive techniques, manipulations, cranial or visceral techniques, inhibition, hooking... Time: The session lasts 60 minutes in order to ensure a qualitative care to each patient. I deeply love my job and am comfortable with all types of people.

Impliquée dans le sport depuis un très jeune âge, j'ai toujours été passionnée par le corps humain et ses réactions face aux blessures et dérèglements dont il peut être affecté. Très vite, j'ai été attirée par la kinésithérapie pour le contact humain et cet attrait du corps. J'ai ensuite voulu m'orienter vers l'ostéopathie pour son approche plus holistique, la prise en considération du patient dans sa globalité, en être entièrement à l'écoute pour l'aider au mieux.

Ostéopathe et kinésithérapeute depuis 8 ans, je privilégie une approche globale et personnalisée de chaque patient. À l’écoute et empathique, je prends le temps de comprendre chaque personne en tenant compte des aspects mécaniques, viscéraux et neurologiques. Formée en ostéopathie pédiatrique et poursuivant actuellement d’autres formations, mon objectif est de vous accompagner au mieux vers un mieux-être durable.

My name is Cassandre Calvet, I hold a diploma in Osteopathy from the Free University of Brussels (ULB) after 6 years of study. I treat disorders of the musculoskeletal system and dysfunctions of the peripheral nervous system through the use of diverse techniques. My goal is to relieve pain (acute or chronic) and restore mobility to body structures by helping the body restore its balance. During my studies, I developed a particular interest in women's health. I am trained in urogynecological osteopathy which aims to reduce disorders of the pelvic sphere and the female urogenital system. These disorders can be numerous (pain and discomfort linked to menstruation, endometriosis, PCOS, vaginismus, dyspareunia, etc.) and encountered at different periods of life. This treatment requires special attention and specific knowledge. I also work during pregnancy and the postpartum period. I am trained in pediatric osteopathy and see infants from birth.

I have always been attracted to the medical world and, more particularly, to everything related to movement. This is why I naturally turned to physical therapy. I then turned to osteopathy, whose philosophy goes beyond the simple therapeutic approach to become a true passion in all its aspects. I graduated from the Belgian College of Osteopathy and am a member of the Professional Union of Belgian Osteopaths (UPOB). I also obtained a certificate of study from the European School of Osteopathy, after various training courses in England. I then trained and continue to train in all its specificities: pediatrics, perinatality, sports approach, ... Osteopathy can take care of a patient from birth to the end of his life. It allows restoring the function and mobility of organs and joints. Thus, every human being can benefit from an osteopathic treatment, whether he or she is a sportsman or a sedentary person, young or old.

Je m’appelle Laurine Bays et je suis diplômée en ostéopathie de l’université libre de Bruxelles. Grâce à cette formation de 6 ans, j’ai acquis les connaissances et la pratique nécessaires à la prise en charge sécurisée de mes patients. Je suis persuadée qu’une prise en charge pluridisciplinaire est un plus pour les patients. C’est la raison pour laquelle je collabore volontiers avec d’autres professionnels de la santé (médecins généralistes, gynécologues, pédiatres, sages-femmes, kinésithérapeutes, psychologues,…) Je prends en charge les adolescents, les adultes, les sportifs, les seniors. I will welcome you to the office, armed with a specialized master's degree in osteopathy delivered by the Free University of Brussels (6 years). This quality teaching, provided in close collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine and including joint courses with future physiotherapists and physical educators, allows me to ensure diagnosis and management of your pain and dysfunctions in complete safety. The techniques acquired during my university studies and during my various training courses allow me to adapt to each of you and thus find the osteopathic practices that suit you best (gentle, structural, myofascial, visceral, etc.). Taking care of you as a whole, I am interested in your reason for consultation with emphasis on the structural and functional integrity of your body. I also make a point of answering all your questions so that you leave with plenty of advice. In addition to my services within the Center for Conceptionists, I also work as an assistant in the Functional Anatomy Laboratory at ULB. In this laboratory, I teach practical anatomy work to students from the Faculty of Motor Sciences and carry out a thesis.

J'accompagne notamment les patients souffrant de lombalgie, sciatique, douleur thoraciques ou costales, torticolis, céphalées, troubles de la mâchoire (ATM), blessures sportives, ainsi que de troubles digestifs.

Je suis également spécialisé en ostéopathie périnatale et pédiatrique. Accompagnant pour des problématiques telles que les tensions post-accouchements, les troubles digestifs du nourrisson, les difficultés de succion, les asymétries posturales et crâniennes type plagiocéphalie. 

Ma pratique s'adapte aux besoins et aux objectifs de chaque patient, qu'il s'agisse de soulager des douleurs musculaires ou articulaires, favoriser la récupération après une blessure ou améliorer le confort et le bien-être au quotidien.

Wim De Paepe is an osteopath since 2016. Graduate of IAO, he is also a lecturer in this same school. His training and his various specializations allow him to take care of the pathologies of the adult (sportsman, sedentary ...) as well as that of the newborn or the pregnant woman.
