Doctor Alexandru Paun, Plastic Surgeon, studied medicine at the “Carol Davila” University in Bucharest. During his specialized training in Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, he completed internships at the University Hospitals of Strasbourg (France), University Clinics of Bucharest, Saint-Pierre University Hospital Center in Brussels (Saint-Pierre University Hospital) and at the Saint-Pierre University Hospital Center of Luxembourg (CHL). Still within the framework of his assistantship, Dr Paun participates and successfully completes French university courses such as the University Diploma in Microsurgery (CHRU Strasbourg) and that of Surgical Anatomy of Lambeaux (CHU Bordeaux), allowing him to update and to perfect the theoretical and practical knowledge essential to Reconstructive Surgery. Passionate about Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine, Doctor Paun carries out Fellowships notably at Cronos Med (Bucharest) and Akademikliniken (Stockholm), considered to be world reference centers in the field. Dr. Gabriele Giunta is a certified surgeon in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgery (INAMI number 1-19461-43-210) and member of the Royal Belgian Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. In 2012, he obtained his medical degree from the University of Palermo (Italy). In 2018 he graduated in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the same University of Palermo. Dr. Giunta has received intensive education in his sector of activity both in Italy and abroad. Indeed, during his studies, he had different international experiences in order to enrich his knowledge: Plastic, reconstructive, aesthetic surgery, hand surgery and microsurgery at the University Hospital Center ( University Hospital) – SOS Mains de Bordeaux (France). Plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at the Universität de Zürich (Switzerland) Plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at Universitair Ziekenhuis Brussel (UZ) (Brussels). During his academic career, Dr. Giunta developed a very marked interest in breast and lower limb reconstruction as well as head and neck reconstruction. In addition to his expertise in reconstruction, he has also developed a very strong interest in cosmetic surgery of the breast, stomach, body and face and in aesthetic medicine (injection of fillers, botulinum toxin, etc.).
