Please note the following information:

If your general practitioner is unavailable, please feel free to make an appointment with another GP at the Nireta center: Dr. Henry, Dr. Lalani, Dr. van der Vaeren, or Dr. Wissanji.

If no online appointments are available and your request is urgent, please contact the medical secretariat at 0495 92 14 98 (no text messages!). A doctor will contact you to schedule an appointment.

If you require a consultation outside of regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM), please contact the Brussels on-call service at 1733. In case of a life-threatening emergency, call 112 or go to the emergency room.

Please cancel your appointment within 24 hours if you are unable to attend.

Any missed appointment will be charged €10, and will not be reimbursed by your health insurance.

To ensure quality care, please:

- Book one appointment per patient.

- Limit each appointment to one reason for consultation.

- Remember to request all your documents at the appointment (certificates, prescriptions, attestations). 

All prescriptions must be preceded by a recent consultation.

Dr. Alice UWAMAHORO is available by appointment from Monday to Friday and on some Saturdays. Home visits are offered for elderly individuals. If your health condition prevents you from traveling, you can request a home visit by calling 02 770 71 61, preferably before 10 a.m. Fees are standardized and can be paid in cash or via QR code.
